This page explains how to request deletion of your Angel OS account and the data associated with it, including from the Nimue mobile app.
How to Request Deletion
Sign in to the app or this site and submit an account-deletion request. Your request is routed automatically to the administrators of your community.
If you cannot sign in, you may also reach the administrators at support@spacesangels.com from the address on your account.
Either way, we verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
A Note on Federation
Angel OS is a federated network: the Nimue app can connect to independently-operated Angel OS nodes. Your account and data live on the node you joined. If that node is operated by someone else, we will forward your request to that operator, who is the controller of your data there; for accounts on Angel OS itself, we delete directly.
What Is Deleted
Your account and profile (name, email, login credentials).
Messages you authored and media (photos/files) you uploaded.
Your memberships, presence records, and activity history.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records required by law or for legitimate business needs — for example, transaction/receipt records for tax and accounting, and minimal logs needed for security and fraud prevention — for the period required, after which they are deleted. Messages in shared community spaces may be retained in others' conversation history but are disassociated from your deleted account.
