This policy describes how Angel OS handles refunds for payments, memberships, and bookings.

Memberships & Recurring Dues

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time to stop future charges. We do not generally refund the current billing period once it has begun, except where required by law.

Bookings & One-Time Purchases

Refund eligibility for bookings and one-time purchases depends on the service and any notice given. Contact us as early as possible and we will work with you in good faith.

Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. If a gift was made in error, contact us promptly and we will review the request.
